The forecourt of this hair salon was constructed of old concrete tiles which were porous and attracting moss growth which was slippery when wet. The visual appearance of the tiles was also quite poor.

In 2006 a rapid curing non slip resin system in grey was applied to the entire forecourt area, vastly improving the appearance and slip resistance. The work was undertaken in two halves whilst the shop stayed open therefore disruption to the business was minimal. No slips have been reported since completion.
