Public House

Following a complete refurbishment of this large public house in Yorkshire the entrance decking was slip tested by the local council and found to be extremely dangerous when wet. The area was used by smokers as well as customers entering the building so the risk of slip accidents was very high.

The decking was first thoroughly cleaned down to remove all surface dirt and contamination. A rapid curing clear antislip resin system was then applied to the entire area incorporating non slip quartz aggregate. Following completion of this work the decking passed the councils slip test with outstanding slip resistance figures.
