The metal access stairs and chequer plate walkways to this residential apartment were slippery in wet weather and causing the landlords of the property great concerns. 

The steps and walkways were rotary cleaned to remove all existing coatings and rust and a rapid curing corrosion resistant non slip resin applied in yellow to step nosings and grey to chequer plate walkways. The landlords now report no slip accidents since completion in 2006.
