Non-Slip Granite Step Application

These beautiful new granite steps were installed in 2008 in a refurbished commercial office block. Prior to opening the steps were slip tested by the local council and found to be extremely slippery when wet.

The steps were treated with an invisible moisture reactive non slip treatment which increased the wet slip resistance without altering the appearance of the granite. Following treatment the steps passed the council's slip test.
