Shopping Centre Entrance

This steep access ramp to a large city centre shopping Mall constructed in Terrazzo was identified as a potential slip risk by the facilities manager. The steepness of the slope exaggerated the potential for slip accidents in wet conditions

In 20007 an invisible non slip moisture reactive treatment was applied to this ramp and a similar Terrazzo ramp at the same site, total area 400 M2. The wet slip resistance was substantially increased with minimal alteration to the surface appearance of the decorative Terrazzo.
