Concrete Non Slip Flooring

The power floated and painted concrete floor to a main production area and entrance way was extremely slippery for fork lift trucks and pedestrians entering the area in wet conditions.

In 2008 a solvent free high build non slip resin treatment was applied directly on top of the existing painted surface. This hard wearing impact resistant system was applied incorporating a quartz ant-slip particle with a wet slip resistance of 65 SRV. The maintenance manager reported a massive improvement in safety following completion.
