Non-Slip Block Work Flooring

The steps to the main entrance of this office block were constructed in dark block work and not compliant with DDA regulations. The landing at the top of the steps had no hazard warning surface for partially sighted people. 

In 2006 the entrance way was brought in line with DDA regulations with the application of a yellow resin, non slip highlight systems to all steps and the installation of a retro fit tactile hazard warning surface in a terracotta colour to the landing area.
