Sailing Club

The ceramic tiled access steps to the changing rooms of this sailing club were extremely slippery when wet. A number of slip accidents prompted the customer to take action to avoid more serious accidents.

The steps and landings were first treated with a clear moisture reactive non slip treatment. To give additional slip resistance and visual DDA enhancement the step edges were then treated with a coloured non slip highlight resin coating incorporating an anti-slip aggregate.
